Michigan Bear Cub Collection is a small, family owned and operated business. We create and sell soy wax candles, gift sets, accessories and home decor. Our hand poured candles are uniquely made of 100% all natural soy wax coupled with distinguished patented wood-wicks. We use clean scents that are free from carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other potentially hazardous chemicals often found in fragrances. We create products that you can be confident in. We pair high quality materials with a high priority commitment to quality customer care.
Meet Our Family
My husband and I were born and raised in Michigan and we are proud 2017 graduates of The University of Michigan. We welcomed our little wolverine into the world amidst the 2020 covid-19 pandemic. This gave us the opportunity to think about ideas & explore more wonders of our great lake state. Our favorite activities include traveling, cooking/eating, and going on adventures to places & events in Michigan. We have done quite a bit of traveling and enjoyed every moment but there’s just something so incredibly sweet about a white Christmas and the smell of the leaves in Fall. Bear Cub Collection Candles mimic vibrant memories of Michigan staples like blueberry festivals, orchard trips, fresh water lakes and fireside cuddles by the Christmas tree. Our candles reflect some of our most cherished and memorable moments here. The love for our home spills over into the creation of our candles and products. We want to share that love and some family feel good moments with you through scents. We hope that you enjoy each journey just as mush as we do.

We hand pour our all natural soy wax candles in reusable glass and wood containers. It is our standard to create high quality products that are economically friendly. More than just candles, we call them journeys in a jar. Each candle is uniquely crafted to invoke nostalgic memories, bring feelings of happiness, & lead your nose to some of the most amazing scents of Michigan.
