 RETURNS  and  EXCHANGES

**ATTENTION CUSSTOMERS: DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.** 

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. This policy has been put in place to maintain cleanliness and prioritize the health of our customers. All products are final sale until further notice. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep you safe!

DAMAGES

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. While we do take care when packaging your order, damages may occur. In the event that your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact us at welcome@michiganbearcubcollection.com with a photo of the damaged product + shipping box (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work diligently to find a solution.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

VARIATIONS

All of our products are made by hand out of natural ingredients so variations in color and appearance are to be expected. Each and every product we make is carefully inspected before heading to your doorstep. These variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages:

Candles • Changes in temperature may cause “wet spots” on candles. This is a term used to describe a spot on a candle jar that looks as if water has seeped in between the wax and the jar. This is a natural occurrence that can happen when candles go through changes in temperature (going from an air-conditioned home/car to a hot, humid mailbox or vice versa). These “wet spots” do not affect the way your candles burn or smell in any way.

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS for all orders. Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs & fees.

Please be sure to verify your address as Michigan Bear Cub Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is “returned to sender”, Michigan Bear Cub Collection is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We’re happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.  

Please be aware that Michigan Bear Cub Collection is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. 

International orders can take anywhere from 7 – 30+ days to arrive once shipped.
